What We Collect & Why
We only collect what we need to follow up about the KW Specialty Retail Partner program — nothing more.
- Shop and contact details you enter yourself, with a clear opt-in before anything is submitted.
- Used only to follow up about SRP registration and related KW dealer communications, in line with GDPR and CCPA principles.
- Never sold, and never shared outside KW.
How We Protect It
The booth kiosk is built to keep your information safe from the moment you enter it.
- Every submission travels to our CRM over an encrypted connection.
- Kiosk screens automatically clear after a period of inactivity.
- Devices run in locked-down kiosk mode, with nothing else installed or accessible.
- Devices are monitored, updated, and wiped before reuse or retirement.
- Kiosks are cleaned regularly, and no lead is lost if a device goes offline — submissions are held and synced once the connection returns.
